The last screening of February brought with it the conclusion of the classic Scifi series Trigun, so POWA spends this week anticipating a new Fantasy series to fill its slot! Voting this week will decide just what series we will get, so if theres still time, make sure you get your suggested Fantasy shows to us!

On the side of our more regular voting, last week saw the first votes for our Drama, with Chihayafuru Season 2 and our Mature/Horror & Thriller series xxxHolic both passing their votes.

This week, though, up for its first 4-episode vote is our Action & Sports series, Lycoris Recoil!

This week is also the first screening of the month; meaning that it’s time for our monthly Online Discord Games Night! Starting after the screening at 6pm, all are invited to join us on our Discord and enjoy the nostalgic classic Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (2005)! If you want to join in, you will need a working copy from Steam, so make sure you got your copy downloaded and ready to go. If you are yet to join our discord, an invite link can be found under “Quick Links”, at the top of our website, POWAclub.com.

Entry for our weekly screenings is $5 for members and $6 for guests – However, your first time is free! Every entry prior to our break receives a raffle ticket for a weekly prize. We will be in the upstairs meeting rooms of the City of Joondalup Library. Our doors will open at the same time as the library – 1:00PM – and we will start screening at 1:30PM, leaving you time to find the room and settle down with some drinks and snacks.
