This week has a bunch of events posting; make sure you keep an eye on Facebook, our Website and our Discord for not just this week’s screening, but also an outing to see the latest Mobile Suit Gundam SEED film and POWA’s Bowling outing on the 24th!

POWA had no voting last screening for the first time in a good while, and while there’s not any voting this week, it does bring us the final episode of our Slice of Life/Romance series, Super Cub. As that series rides off into the proverbial sunset – possibly on a Super Cub, as they, I’m told, can take you anywhere – we start to look for a new Comedy series.

Suggestions are always welcome, but keep an eye out for the suggestion threads on Facebook, Discord or suggest some good side-splitters on our Website, POWAclub.com/suggestions.

Entry for our weekly screenings is $5 for members and $6 for guests – However, your first time is free! Every entry prior to our break receives a raffle ticket for a weekly prize. We will be in the upstairs meeting rooms of the City of Joondalup Library. Our doors will open at the same time as the library – 1:00PM – and we will start screening at 1:30PM, leaving you time to find the room and settle down with some drinks and snacks.
