POWA Goes back to the cinema with a group outing to see “Made in Abyss: Dawn on the Deep Soul”! Despite the short notice, the POWA community polled and decided on catching the 4PM session on Saturday the 10th – tomorrow, from the posting of this event.

“Dawn of the Deep Soul continues the epic adventures of young explorers Riko and Reg, who are joined by their new friend Nanachi as they descend into the Abyss’ treacherous fifth layer, the Sea of Corpses. There they encounter the mysterious Bondrewd, a legendary White Whistle whose shadow looms over Nanachi’s troubled past. Although Bondrewd is ingratiatingly hospitable and the trio soon becomes fast friends with his gregarious daughter, Prushka, the brave adventurers know things are not always as they seem in the enigmatic Abyss…”

This screening will be at Hoyts Cinema Carousel. As always, we ask that everyone arrives early enough to purchase tickets, and if you want to, grab snacks and group up before heading into the cinema. Double check the location of the cinema since POWA does not usually meet at this cinema.

Last week we had voting to see if Recovery of an MMO Junkie would stay in the line up and it did. This week we have voting to see if Symphogear will stay in and we also have the final episode of Joker Game.We will be using room 7.101 at ECU Joondalup – doors will open at 2:30, and the screening itself will start at 3:00. Ensure you arrive early enough to buy snacks and food, as well as get settled.
