This Sunday we have a fan favourite the POWA Amv Spectacular where we will be watching Amv’s submitted by our wonderful community. This is also a regular screening as we will have voting for our new Sci-Fi show.
If you havent already use the link below to submitted any Amv’s that you might have. You have until Thursday to submit any remaining Amv’s you might have.

We will be using room 7.101 at ECU Joondalup – our doors will open at 12:00 for the Amv’s, with the regular screening start at 3:00 – arrive early to buy drinks, snack and enjoy some Amv’s.

Sunday, August 30th we will be having our 3rd quarter gm that got delayed due to Covid-19. This will be an extremely influential GM for members to help decide the future of the club in both a micro and macro sense.
Micro in that you’ll be helping to decide what events and focuses we prioritise for the rest of the year. Macro in that you’ll be helping decide what form the club will be taking to survive past this year. While these sweeping changes can only be made during our AGM, the upcoming GM will decide how the committee will plan what it is needed to get to the AGM. Needless to say, we are hoping for as much member participation as possible for this event, and will stress the importance of this in the coming weeks. Because of how vital this is, the committee will work on ways for member participation to be possible if you are unable to attend, so stay tuned for that. As always, a POWA membership is required to attend our GMs.
