We are screen a variety of anime to suit all genres at Joondalup Library in the City of Joondalup.

POWA Screening 27th May 2018

Location: ECU Joondalup Room 7.101

Last Screening we kept Dusk Maiden of Amnesia, as well as Michiko & Hatchin in our line up. This week is a come to POWA early week. Also, Galilei Donna is up for its first monthly vote plus Samurai Flamenco is up for its third monthly vote. With Chill out and comedy slots vacant what will get in stay tuned and get your voting caps on.

Membership can be purchased or renewed at the screening, only members get to vote on what we watch so make sure your membership is current.
Your first time to POWA is free.

Doors open at 12PM in ECU Joondalup room 7.101, screening begins at 3PM. Make sure to get in a bit earlier to grab some snacks and settle in.

Free POWA FLCL Screening 2nd June 2018

Location: ECU Joondalup Room 7.101

Ahead of FLCL Progressive being released, we are watching FLCL in its entirety.

FLCL is a coming-of-age story and revolves around Naota Nandaba, a 12-year-old, working-class boy living with his widowed father and grandfather. His life in the city of Mabase is interrupted by the arrival of Haruko Haruhara, who runs over Naota with her yellow Vespa 180 SS scooter, gives him CPR, then hits him on the head with a blue vintage Rickenbacker 4001 left-handed electric bass guitar.

Doors will open at 2:30PM
