After a busy start to 2018 its time for us to provide an update and to collect some feedback from the wonderful members of POWA.
Once the meeting comes to a close we will move on to the Spring 2018 anime seasonal preview, where committee picks a few of the new shows coming out that catch our attention.

We will be starting our Second General meeting of the Committee year from 12:30, come along to find out what we have been doing and planning for the club and ask any questions you may have along the way.
An agenda will be released closer to the time, and if you have anything to be bought up at the meeting please contact us beforehand.

Membership will be available for the discount price of $5 at this event

Membership can be purchased or renewed at the screening, only members get to vote on what we watch so make sure your membership is current.

Doors open at 12:00PM for the General meeting in ECU Joondalup room 7.101, the screening begins once the meeting is finished. Make sure to get in a bit earlier to grab some snacks and settle in.

Last week we kept Michiko & Hatchin in our line, this week Samurai Flamenco is up for its second monthly vote.

And just in case that wasn’t enough for you all, we have a “come early” day this week, so bring some board/card games from 12PM. Traditionally this would happen on the final Sunday of the month but we are due to a General Meeting and more importantly a Spring 2018 Seasonal Preview on April 29th.

Membership can be purchased or renewed at the screening, only members get to vote on what we watch so make sure your membership is current.

April is off to a great start and we are packing lots in this month, we hope you all take the time to head to Evolve on Saturday 14th April and since it’s only a one-day convention we are running full steam ahead with our regular screening schedule!

Last week ReLife was kept in our Chill out slot and members get to vote again this week, Michiko & Hatchin are hoping they can out-run the “no” votes but will members vote it to the prison that is the “POWA’s Dropped series” list? only Members can decide!
Sadly Magical Girl raising project concludes this week, be sure to look on the Facebook group to post your “Mature” slot replacement Ideas
