POWA Anime Club Incorporated, or more commonly, ‘POWA Anime Club’, or just ‘POWA’, is an incorporated entity with a Constitution ratified by the Australian government.

In addition, the following by-laws are in effect and help with the day-to-day running of the club:

- – Anime Selection & Voting Rules
These are the documents on which POWA is run, and are always going to be here, available, for the community to view.
