POWA Anime Club Joondalup WA

Location: Joondalup Library, Upstairs Meeting Room

No voting this week as most of the shows settle or are approaching their final episodes.

Although next week we have Trigun, Irina’s final vote and the Hellsing finale.

We will be looking for a “Mature/Horror/Thriller” show replacement for Hellsing starting next week. Keep a lookout for threads on Discord and Facebook, you may also suggest on our website.

Entry for our weekly screenings is $4 for members and $5 for guests. However, your first time is free! Every entry prior to our break receives a raffle ticket for a weekly prize. We will be in the upstairs meeting room, of Joondalup Library. Our doors will open at the same time as the library – 1:00PM and we will start screening at 1:30PM, leaving you time to find the room and settle down with some drinks and snacks.

Last week we voted on two shows in our line-up. Astra Lost in Space stays in for its first vote after 3 episodes. Uramichi-Oniisan survived his final vote, so we will be watching until completion.

Last week Trigun reached its long-awaited halfway point. A vote determined that Vash will remain in our line up. Irina also shared the same fate, surviving her first vote.
