Location: Joondalup Library, Upstairs Meeting Room

POWA’s regular weekly screenings continue at the Joondalup Library! Be sure to check out the FAQ of our new location here.

Last week, we had our first screening in the library and it went really well! Please feel free to give us feedback on the new location as we go through this transitions period we finished up the first season of our Slice of Life series, ‘Ascendance of a Bookworm’ so will be looking for a replacement series. Suggest nominations in that category (along with Romance and Arthouse) in our Facebook group or on our website. We’ll be voting for the new series during our 15-minute break.

Additionally, keep in mind that we were unable to source a copy of ‘Durarara!!’ last week, so we’ll only be getting to Episode 19 this week.

Entry for our weekly screenings is $4 for members and $5 for guests. However, your first time is free! We will be in the upstairs meeting room, of Joondalup Library. Our doors will open at the same time as the library – 1:00PM and we will start screening at 1:30PM, leaving you time to find the room and settle down with some drinks and snacks.
