So, in spite of Isekai supposedly killing the anime industry and the fact we had two shows in our lineup with the suffix “…Another World” in our lineup until recently, it seems POWA isn’t quite over the fantasy world hopping theme, since last week POWA voted in a brand new Slice of Life/Romance series, the food themed fantasy reverse-isekai “Restaurant to Another World”!
We’re going to be a terrible person and put it at the start of our schedule, so we all get to be hungry for anime food for the entiiiiire screening!
We also had voting on our ongoing Cultural/Historical series, “Spice and Wolf: Merchant Meets the Wise Wolf” and our second-newest show, our Scifi “Cowboy Bebop”, both of which passed their vote.
And, also passing, will be the appearance of our Fantasy series “Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End” in our lineup, as we have reached its final episode.
