POWA sends out a call to all members this coming weekend as we discuss the state and situation of the club.
The meeting is held online, via Discord, starting at 12:30pm this coming Saturday.
We ask that all members who are free to join us do so this time around, as there is some information that we would like to get across as many of you as possible.
The agenda for this meeting can be found here, though we do state that it is possible that we may change or edit the agenda over the next few days if something arises.
This meeting will be held via our Discord, online, from the comfort of your own homes/cars/public transport of choice. You will not need a microphone to join the meeting, but it will make you audible if you have questions to raise – though you may also type questions into the chat.
If you have a question you want answered at the GM, but are unable to attend the GM, you may either raise a proxy to ask it for you or send it to us in writing – use the contact us form on our website, email us or message us on discord – and it will be answered without you there.
While only active members will have the right to raise questions, speak, and vote on any motions raised at this meeting, we are also explicitly inviting non-members of our community to listen in on this meeting.
If your membership has expired, but want to participate as a full member of this meeting, you can contact the POWA committee via our contact-us form or messaging us directly, and we will try to organise membership for you prior to the meeting.
