In our efforts to counter our Coronavirus induced hiatus, POWA is proud to announce our Online Alternative (OnA) Screenings! These will be weekly online watchalongs using the Metastream stream syncing service, essentially replacing our regular screenings. These will have a whole new line-up, focused on short length shows of varying runtimes to fit into one hour slots, allowing us to return to our regular line-up when the hiatus is over.
Since we want as many people to participate as possible, suggestions and voting will be open to everyone, not just POWA members. The first suggestion thread will open on our Facebook group later today. The randomly chosen slots we will be starting off with are:

Cultural & Historical

We hope for POWA’s first OnA screening to happen on March 29th. We will be making Facebook events for the schedule and linking to the Metastream, so keep an eye on here for more details. If you have any questions, feel free to on our Discord server.
